We were appointed over a large, part completed mixed-use development in Liverpool City Centre. The building had many complex health and safety issues.

LCS has a broad range of contacts within the city. Their strong project management skills and knowledge around compliance made LCS the ideal company to oversee the various works throughout the project on our behalf.

The key challenge was to complete the tasks ensuring the Health and Safety of the existing tenants, contractors, and building users was a priority.

Specifically, LCS’s role included overall project management, significant lift repairs, asbestos clearance, removal and management.  Building reconfiguration, roof works, structural works, fire safety, property management and finding/managing various contractors on our behalf.

LCS has a positive ‘can do’ approach, and their service went above and beyond what was expected.
