Leadership Strategy

We are a company of 500 employees and an annual turnover of £3.9 million.  We have an internal health and safety office, and though very good, we required leadership experience.

We initially appoint LCS to deliver Leadership in Health and Safety course to our senior ex team. We needed a strategy and understanding of our duties and how to mitigate risk to the business.

This has resulted in
